The Annual Agri Cycle is the idea — but an idea runs on preconditions. In 2015 the blueprint named twenty-one, grouped into four stages: set up the farm side, capture the field as data, build fair markets, then move food and money cleanly to every table. Get these right and the cycle turns; miss one and it stalls. So each is dealt with in full — scored against today’s reality, with its own deep dive and the gap that remains.
A citizen’s 2015 forecast, largely delivered — 20 of the 21 preconditions are now national programmes. Only the crop-matching engine remains genuinely unbuilt.
Setting up the farm side
Zone the land, organise the farmer, and put credit, soil and a single identity in place — everything the cycle needs before a seed goes in.
